I’m so lucky as I had another opportunity to travel oversea for presenting my work in international conference before finish my master study. The most important thing is “It was Fully sponsored trip again”~~~

This time the destination was Manila, Philippines. YES!  “Maynila” for the Filipinos which is the capital city of the Philippines.

However,too bad I had only 2 days in Manila as i wasted 2 days for transiting in Japan. So, i “googled” around and found some must-visit places in Manila.  Let’s see…….oh yah, This is my 1st oversea trip with my babe, D90.

I’m thinking to post more  Korean foods in my blog as I’m leaving this place very soon.  I reckon i might miss those foods very very much. T_T”…

One of my favorite Korean foods is Samgyetang [삼계탕] – (蔘鷄湯) which literally means “Ginseng Chicken Soup“. OMG! drooling now~~~

The main ingredients of Samgyeatang are whole young chicken and Korean ginseng. Sounds healthy food right ?? Yup, It is traditionally served in the summer which provides nutrients as you excessive sweating in hot summers in Korea. Particularly, most Koreans will take this food in 3 specific days in summer: “Chobok [초복] (初伏),” “Jungbok [중복] (中伏),” and “Malbok [말복](末伏),” which Koreans believe to be the hottest and most sultry of the year.
