Free Hugs
Sometimes, a hug is all what we need.
What is Free Hugs ?
The Free Hugs Campaign is a social movement involving individuals who offer hugs to strangers in public places. In this age of social disconnectivity and lack of human contact, the effects of the Free Hugs campaign became phenomenal. The hugs are meant to spread the love to others and make them feel better. It was started in 2004 by an Australian man known only by the pseudonym “Juan Mann”. The campaign became famous internationally in 2006 as the result of a music video on YouTube by the Australian band Sick Puppies. [source]
In Korea especially during winter, it is common to see someone standing on a happening street with a “FREE HUGS” sign. So, just go and hugs, you will feel more warmer.
